What isthe return policy?
- Return Policies are determined by each vendor. If you have a question about a certain product please contact the vendor that you are purchasing from.
- If you are in Winnipeg, your order will be delivered by The Locals. If you are outside of the Winnipeg Perimeter, your order will be shipped out. We also have a local pick up option.
- Local Pick up is located at 1050 Logan Avenue Unit 9- Winnipeg Manitoba. Current hours are Tuesday 10-2pm, Wednesday 12-6pm, Thursday 10-2pm, Friday 12-6pm, Saturday 12-6pm
- Most of our products are stored at our warehouse, however some are made to order. Products that are available at the warehouse is fulfilled in 1-2 days and will be delivered or shipped out the same day it's fulfilled

How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?
- All products are made or designed by local makers and entrepreneurs. Most of our products are in Manitoba but we do have a selection of makers within Canada.
